In the meantime, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. If you feel nauseous or dizzy, your electrolytes are probably low as well. Drink plenty of water. Add electrolytes to it. You get the good ones in packets at the health food store. Try the Emergen-C electrolytes in the packets or something similar. Use gatorade if you don’t care about chemical food coloring and sugars.
With the heat of the Summer, and not even officially Summer yet, we all need to be more cognizant of the weather and it’s effects on our bodies. Be sure you get that sunscreen on all the exposed parts as well.
